Is It Only A Religious Study, Or Do Most People Get A Degree In That? I Found Out About It Via A Very Catholic Friend.

Yep. It's not a religious field, but it's not a science, either. It's pretty much a bunch of guys that think of possible applications for biotechnology and whether or not those applications should be pursued. Genetics has a bunch of examples.
One I can think of is that along the way of the Human Genome Project, it was decided that companies could "patent" genes, that is if they found a gene that they thought might be critical to eventually finding a cure for cancer, they could copyright that gene so that everyone else studying that gene would need to pay a fee to use it in a test. Huge bioethical failure, imho. I may have gotten some bits wrong there, but essentially I think that's the deal.

Depends on how much you like philosophy. I have a friend who double majored in Biology and Bioethics with a minor in Philosophy. It's very fun to have a conversation with her.

Bioethicist.
Bioethicest is when two scientist siblings sleep together. Which, in and of itself, is biologically unethical.

Yep, you can earn a Master's in it. I know UPENN has a center for it.
