Its all Murdock Girl's Fault! (aka how I overcame artist's block)

So I was having MASSIVE artists block and we're trying to get our book done relatively soon and MG knows that from the little I've seen of Mack's work that I'm a major fan. She manages to come up with a semi-brillant idea. We sit down to lunch at our local resturant of choice and are talking over comics while waiting for the food to arive and she gets this evil grin across her face. Saying she has something for me, she reaches in her ever present Swiss Army bag and pulls out issues 1&2 of powers (the new run) as just a gift, as well as some of the new Kabuki run, cause she thinks I'll like it, and the greatest thing she could have given to inspire me: A copy of the Metamorphisis trade!!! I literally sat there for a few minutes just staring at the cover before she threw something at me (I honestly don't know what) and told me to start reading already. I still have those moments where I just sit and stare at the cover..... She lets me read about 30 pages or so and then tells me to put the thing down and eat so I could get to work...I hadn't really noticed the food had gotten there while I was reading. Needless to say theres another character sketch done and a handful more panels, so thank you Mack for inspiration and the ability to overcome artist's block.

Second, i want my copy of meta back in the near future (i've lost sooooo many copies of that book like you wouldnt believe)

third-call the house, need to talk about working some more (waiting to here from mr v about that job...) :):):)

GO BACK AND DRAW ALREADY- we've already learned by my attempt to show you my idea for a cover that i can't draw stick figures right...so you got to do the drawing part while i do the writing (oh, and i might might might be able to throw issue 3 out when i see you next. might).

called my shop before i went to hellkat's to work on book-----still no books.
(and what i mean by us working is me yelling at her to keep drawing :) )
