Started reading Gotham Central the Half Life arc with Montoya coming out.
the JSA trade is by Dan Jolley and Tony Harris and it looks beautiful.

That's a great Gotham Central trade. You should pick up the third one as well.

Libery File is good stuff. I don't like Half a Life as much as the first (or third, for that matter) GC trade, but it's still good stuff.

Liberty Files is AMAZING. Hands down my favorite Harris/Jolley collaboration.

Is Liberty Files the first or second of the Harris JSA minis?

The trade has both of them.

I love the characterization of Batman so far.

Half Life was a fantastic story arc. I used those issues to get my friends hooked on Gotham Central.

I'll agree with that. I always tended to like the Brubaker arcs better, but Rucka did some pretty good work solo on the title as well. I especially liked his issue about the corrupts beat cops toward the end of the run. It was a one issue story that took some nice turns.

The best arc however was Soft Targets. I loved that arc.
