Cool. It would be kind of neat if it was intentional - that Dan had recalled the old issue, and put in the parallel sequence with the judge banging his gavel, and then Jen in the corridor saying 'Out of my way' - but unless he says so, it could as easily just be coincidence.

(She mentions 'The Word' - that old one must be the issue following one of the back-issues I've managed to scrouge up. What number is it?)
