Steve I just want to say your art looks INCREDIBLE! Guaranteed to be one of the most beautifully illustrated stories ever.

Thanks Denny, I'm working my ass off to make it look as good as I can.
I'm doing good today Butch, thanks for asking. I'm working on MCW, which is pretty much what I'm always up to. Hoo boy, wait til you see what Mark has in store for ya. Ish two knocked my fu@&ing socks off but ish three?!!! positively insane. So much fun.
Gonna have to take a break and go down to check out the first ish though, see how it printed.
But for now, back to the drawing table!!

The pressure of working on this book must be so big. Afterall, Marvel is using this to propell its books into the next half decade.
However, it must be such a great achievement and honour to even be asked to do a project like Civil War.

Hey Steve,
you do a hell of a job on CW.
I always liked your art, but this book really shows how you have evolved as an artist.
Keep up the great work!

The issue was striking on the shelf. You guys did a great job producing a comic that POPS!
I was thinking I'd wait to buy the HC, but I think I'll just get both.
I've been following your work since Meridian and it seems to only get better with each project! Hope to meet you at a con one day.

Steve--
Had to pop in and compliment you on an impressive first issue.
I was always hopeful that the story would live up to the hype/buildup, and a good majority that it did was because the visuals were eye-poppingly good.
It's been blowing out of our shop, so allow me to congratulate you.
