Tales of Asgard is a follow up to the ending of Thor and Beta Ray Bill, I am writing a 6 issue "classic Thor" story for Marvel drawn by Scott Kollins called Tales of Asgard.

Thor and the Warriors Three journey to recover mystical objects returning Thor to his classic roots, we'll see a fight with the Absorbing man, good old Donald Blake and Jane foster, and most of our Asgardian cast. This will be a great hold over for Thor fans between the ending of Beta Ray Bill and the relaunch of Thor.

More info to come in the near future.

Fuck holdover.This is great period.

I still kinda wish you were doing regular Thor.

You mentioned the pssibiity of Beta Ray Bil in his own series?Still interested?

Sounds interesting, though I had a different idea in mind (where it will have to stay).

Best of luck with the project.

Hey Oeming, is there a reason you're not drawing any of this stuff?
Is it a Marvel haterizing thing, a decision you've made yourself, or just one of those things that happened?

Cause I thought an Oeming drawn Thor would've been pretty swell.
Not that I wasn't happy with DiVito. Just would've been cool to see.

I think Oeming's style is not what Marvel is looking for right now. Which is a shame. But hey, we get Powers so I'm not complaining. :D

This is fantastic. I totally miss classic Thor.
Will this story be reminiscent of Walt Simonson's work?
Also, please please please convince Marvel to give you a regular Beta Ray Bill title!

I didn't buy Thor: Dissasembeled, I regret that... Did buy the trade though, and that was after the ordering of Stormbreaker was out, so I didn't get that either... Better pick up that trade to! But I'm there for Thor: Tales of Asgard! I really like the old stories of Thor (been reading Essential), So this I'm in for!
