One of the most consistently funny shows on TV. They play pretty fast and loose with the reality of law, but it's not a show about law it's a show about characters and boy are they great characters.
William Shatner may have the best job on TV right now. He's a lawyer who may potentially be suffering from Alzheimer's disease (he calls it "Mad Cow") or may just be fucking with everyone. Either way, as the series progresses, his character seems to be becoming aware that he is, in fact, on a TV show. Tom Selek had a guest star role the other week and Shatner had a whole speech to him about how even though they had both been leading men in the past, that there was no room for Selek now since the leading man role was already filled.
It's on ABC - I have no idea what night or time as I simply watch whatever my Tivo has hunted and gathered for me.
