I gotta admit, I expected more. Who is doing the inks?

Pretty unimpressive especially when compared to the Adam Hughes Cover.

I don't like her face at all. Everything else is cool.

I'm not feeling the Wonder Woman at 12 o'clock, but I like the rest of it.

You mean Terry Dodson, right?
And I'm not liking the Kubert cover, I expected a lot more.

Doh! But Hughes WW Covers were pretty cool too.

I can't stand computer Adam Hughes. He used to be great.
I would describe this cover as "pretty good". Which is better than "a'ight" but not quite "bitchin".

I thought Adam Kubert was at his best when he was doing Wolverine. Neither he or his brother have lived up to their reputations. They are both good, but a bit too slow. Special projects artists, not monthly guys. If they could handle 12 issues a month, they'd be in Romita Jr.'s league. Romita produces solid work, often brilliant, while meeting deadlines. So does Mark Bagley. I LOVE when an artist is that dedicated.
They've never been at the top or near the top for me. If I ever would consider the Kuberts to be comparable to guys like Steve Epting, Alan Davis, Dale Keown, Jim Lee, Marc, Silvestri, or any of the number of awesome comic artists, they'd be at the bottom of the list. I really wasn't upset when Marvel lost them, and I like the artists Marvel has now better than when the Kuberts were there.
Nothing special in that drawing of Wonder Woman.

I think it's a good drawing, but not great art.

I don't get what the Big Two (and their fans) see in the Kubert Brothers. I don't see it AT ALL.

I can't really speak for Adam since I haven't seen a lot of his work, but Andy is amazing. He has such a fluid and dynamic style, and when it's colored right he can compete with any visual impact artist. I heavily recommend his run on the shamefully forgotten Ka-Zar, it's his shining moment.

So does this mean Hippolyta is coming back?

I'm surprised by how little I like that cover. I'm a huge Adam Kubert fan (Andy not as much, though still enjoyable), but the cover, though vibrant, doesn't do much of anything for me.

I'm a fan of both Kubert brothers and totally agree with you about how much that cover does nothing for me.
Very disappointing.

Love Adam's work. Hate that cover.
Dissapointing isn't a strong enough word for me to be honest. It's a shame, while I'm not buying DC anymore, I still wanted to see what he could do with their characters and so far I'm unimpressed.
