Any good? The artwork looked awesome. I can pre-order the HC for 10 bucks, so Im debating if its worth it. I seem to remember someone saying it sucked, but is it 10 dollar worthy?

I too am close to ordering this and wonder if I should save my money. Already pushing $80 on my monthly DCBS order anyway.

I liked it. Definitely think it's worth 10 bucks. Was it the best GR story ever? No. But, there's certainly been worse and the art was fantastic.

Dug it. I'd definately spend the ten bucks.

It's worth the ten bucks. The story is solid...and, despite the fact that Crane's style makes some panels look a bit murky, the art really is fantastic.

The ending was a bit of a downer.

Crain's art was fantastic and the overall series was enjoyable, certainly worth the price. Like Warren Ellis, Bendis, and Whedon I would buy anything Garth puts out. Seriously, Ennis could write a comic using only the words shit, fuck, and the and I would probably buy it so I guess you could say I'm biased. :)

I thought it was mediocre at best. Ennis seemed on autopilot and the artwork ranged everywhere between unintelligibly murky to gosh-wow breathtaking. Worth $10? Sure.

Well I preordered the HC for 10 bucks and I bought the Single Issues.

I made it to the second issue before deciding it wasn't worth my time. Too much same-old Ennis schtick. I liked the comic better when it was called Preacher, and before that when it was called Hellblazer.

Ouch!Don't mind him. He shits on good comic books, too. It's gonna be a bitch housebreakin' him.

I haven't read it myself, but the art looked great and almost everyone at my comic shop that regularly subscribes to books had this on their pull.

The art alone would make it worth it.

I didn't care for it myself.

Ennis didn't wow me with the story, and the art by Crain was too dark towards the end of the series to tell what was happening (most of the time).

Granted these are my opinions and your milage may vary.

I'm going to echo these sentiments. I've never read a GR before this, but I know a little of the history. This adds nothing to that history--it's sadly forgettable.

The art is fantastic but Ghost Rider is unbelievably out of character. I know its not the "Vengeance is served" version but still.

Meh!

(I'm biased against it though)
