Technically they aren't, but just because they get filled up and don't get enough nutrients. Plus familiarity with people can lead them into precarious positions.

Occasional pretzels are okay though! You can actually buy duck food for feeding them if you look around.

He doesn't understand that we will accept him, and will still call him our friend, even if his dance moves don't pass the muster. I think all of this frustration results in his being mean to me.
