Good. Lord.

Its was about maybe 50-75 people. You got a pint when you got in, there were servers with h'orderves(spl?) just forcing you to eat eat eat. Once everyone was in your seated at nice tables, MORE FOOD. You watch a short film about Guinness, then some dude comes out and goes over the history of Guinness, talks about the different brands, everyone gets a bottle of Guinness to sip on while he's talking, when he got to the part about Guinness extra stout... they brought everyone some extra stout, and once he was finished talking MORE FOOD!!!

Unbelievable night for me and my wife and Guinness has earned a customer for life.

Has anyone else been to one of these before?

Never been to that before, but the Guinness Brewery in Dublin is a slice of heaven on earth.

I think if you are registered at the Guinness website that you get an invite if there is an event in your city. They had one three nights this week. When I got the email I got to choose between wed/thurs/fri/

It was at an art center, real upscale.

But from my understading we were culled from registering with guinness' website for updates.

I've never been either. Sounds awesome! I plan on going to Dublin next year, so I'll have to stop by the brewery.

this is the website the email I got directed me to. I had to go through, enter some password (its no longer good) and it gave me a number of dates that I could come drink some free beer.

You should. I regret not going when I was in Dublin with Howlett, Bubbles and j.o.1 last year.

Yup that's Diageo Brands' relationship marketing program hard at work. The cool one is actually Johnnie Walker's Mentor program.

The Guinness Brewery is cobination beer house and modern art musuem, with an incredible pub at the top, with floor to ceiling windows all the way around.

It's glorious.

And you get a free pint.
