I really liked some of the Floyd stuff when he was basically running the band. A Momentary Lapse of Reason is a great CD. I might have to pick up this solo one up.

Have you heard his solo stuff from the 80s? That's some awful, awful stuff. It's not Roger Waters "Amused To Death" bad, but it sure as hell ain't worth listening to.

I've heard the single which I liked, and now definitely want to check out the whole album.

One thing about him too, and it was clear at LIVE-8, he still has an amazing singing voice. He hasn't lost anything there.
