View Full Version : Anyone have a weird order from DCBS dated to Feb 24 they didn't place?

So I went to my DCBS account just now because I wanted to place my trade orders for the new month and saw an order I supposedly placed on Feb. 24 for $63.21 - of single issues I'm not interested in, effing PREVIEWS, and a digest of Runaways I don't even need (god, I hate digests).

Now my password is just a gibberish mix of letters and numbers, so I can't imagine someone hacked my account (gonna change the password, anyway). And I know that I didn't place that order since - well, I don't need any of that stuff.

So I just wanted to give y'all a heads-up that you check your accounts for any order inconsistencies. Maybe they had a database glitch or something.

Gonna email them now.

Nope. My account looks good. Sounds like you should drop customer service a note.

I'm not a fan of cosmic comics and this list has Ion and a bunch of the Annihilation stuff. Really weird.

DCBS has made a mistake on my billing, but they quickly corrected it. I was accidentally charged an order I didn't place, but it was corrected quickly and easily with an e-mail.

They are very easy to work with. Mistakes happen, but they make sure to get them fixed without any headaches or drama.

Wow, they replied really quickly! Apparently, they have a new customer with the same name, so that's how his order ended up on my list. Phew! Relief. :D

Relieved? You shouldn't be. What if it's your doppleganger? You. Must. Find. Him.
