I've been waiting for so long to see this, even though it was only 1 song it was freaking great.
Wasnt that their last or one of their last live preformaces together?

Yup, last live appearance. Which is made more sad, because even with all the bullshit at that point, you can see how much they still love playing with one another. They're having a great time.

And I think they did more than one song actually. They got through about three before they were told to stop.

I love that performance. The 'Don't Let me Down' is so amazing...the best version of the song, and it totally rocks my soul.

The whole thing should be on the Let It Be movie which as far as I know isn't available on DVD at this time.

Hmm, I'm not sure how much of it appears in the Anthology DVD. (been a while since I've seen it) But they do show a portion of it. And there's footage in the movie Let It Be (but again, I forget how much)

Plus the Anthiology DVD, unlike the american TV version, has Paul, George, and Ringo performing a few acoustic songs together in 1999.

They're throw away jams, but nonetheless the "suriving" beatles, singing and playing together for the last time.

The Anthology shows the rooftop concert, and a lot of the Let It Be footage , which is facinating to watch, as the band argues with each other, with bad vibes are all around.

Do a quick search on Amazon, but probably around $58 bucks or something, and they'll have a "New and Used" link that will have new ones a little cheaper I'm sure. Its a 10 hour documentary, and one of the finest, regardless of the subject matter, ever made. WELL worth whatever the cost is though. Its amazing!

EDIT: Answered above. :)

I don't like Don't let me Down. It's one of my least favorite Beatles songs. I'm guessing George wrote it :p
