Hey, anyone live in San Diego know of a good mechanic (one that won't rip you off?). I need some engine work on my bird and I've been conned ( don't ever go to econo lube and tune) before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

sorry, no clue how to help you, i'd just like to say Goddamn thats a sweet car, i got one for my 12th birthday (my dad kept it in his garage till then)

Yeah, it's a blast to drive. I just had a gasket leak a few years ago and took it to the econo lube and tune place and they tore it all apart and when they finally put it back together (after me tearing the owner a new one) it ran like shit so a buddy of mine helped me rebuild the engine and he had to take off to Iraq so I just need some minor work to get it going again.
