Wow... Love Sam, but he kinda fell off the radar there, for a while. Here's hoping they have something big in store for him with this exclusivity thing.

I was just going to post this.
Good for him. He's a great talent, and I hope they use him well. But in all honesty, I haven't liked any of his DC work. The Maxx was a deranged masterpiece, but I don't know if he's suited to the DC bottom line. Scratch was one of the worst things ever.

That was announced awhile back before he went exclusive though.

I think of him as the Luis Bunuel of comics. I'd like to see him do a comic adaptation of Un Chien Andalou.

Very good writer, very good artist, not working enough.

If it means more Sam Keith books, I'm happy.

There's always Wildstorm for his crazy Keith goodness.

I hope for more great stuff like his "Zero Girl" minis. Those were wonderful.

I think it is a pretty good bet that he will end up writing some Vertigo or Wildstorm stuff.

I think he would rock on 'the Spectre'.

This is great news for all of Sam's fans.
Just in case any of you are worried, Sam's exclusive to DC still allows him do do his creator-owned projects with Oni Press (http://www.onipress.com).
Sam's last project with Oni Press was OJO.

For those of you that read the series, in the back of the OJO collection, Sam listed 8 intertwined creator-owned projects that he is planning to do for us. The whole set makes up a series of stories under the moniker:
"The Mysterious Trout and his Magic Box"
Stay tuned for an upcoming announcement about the next Mysterious Trout installment to be released this Spring.
