Duplicate email notifications

When you subscribe to a thread and there is a reply, you get an email notification (provided you asked for one).

The message in each notification says: "There may be other replies also, but you will not receive any more notifications until you visit the forum again"

I seem to be receiving an email for every single reply, whether I visit the forum again or not.

Is there any way to fix this so that it only sends the 1 email until you visit the forum again to check the replies ?

Are you still logged on to the board? If you don't log out, perhaps it thinks you've been back to the board so continues to send mail... You could also change email notification to once a day... I'll look into the settings for you.

I don't log out every time I leave the Board. Is that why it happens ?

I've never had to do that on any other Board, so I didn't think to do it here.

The Boards I have seen before, you get one email and then dont get any more unless you actually view that thread again (not the Board in general).
