Hey gang. I've long been a fan of Paul Rivoche - in fact, the tiny thumbnails of his work in the back of the very first Mr. X trade, way back in the early 80's, was one of my earliest inspirations as an artist. You may or may not dig his style, but he is easily the smartest comics artist I've ever come across.

Well, it turns out he's got a blog that is basically a series of essays on the craft of drawing comics. And it is all amazing, helpful advice that you can't live without. Check it out.

I'm bumping this, because it's just too good to miss. Click on that link, by God! And then come talk about how brilliant Paul Rivoche is and how he made your brain explode.

Hey, that IS good stuff. I love the perspective grid shortcut. I had seen something similar years ago by Adam Hughes, I've even used it a few times myself.
