i was teasing buddy. i already know you can't announce anything about your next book.

however, the thread is what books would you "want" to do next. and it would be interesting to hear which characters you'd like the chance to work with.

damn that pesky marvel exclusive contract. would love to see you on a regular batman book. written by me of course (hey, if it's currently a pipe dream i might as well complete the fantasy.)

in terms of the marvel u. and characters you can work on currently. i'd lke to see you work on punisher and i know you don't think your style would work but i would die to see you on a silver surfer book. your one cover for that was awesome. and for some reason i would really like to see you be able to work quicksilver into a book you work on. really feel like you would nail that character but i'm not sure why.

Just curious, but have you done a Batman promo piece or pin-up? I'd love to see it if you have. :D

That commission actually isn't. But this is: "Batman: No Man's Land" (1999)

It varies.

How's the art?

not nearly as good as if you were drawing it.

[wiping the brown off my nose]

actually, it has been pretty decent. while never getting into exalted status i haven't had any trouble with the recent artists and think that the three they have on the main books now vary enough between them that everyone can find a batbook they like.
