They both kicked ass. Darko was really good I had the ending pegged though. Didn't like Drew Barrymore in it, but I liked it a lot.

Trainspotting was fun as hell. The Toilet scene was the best.

You should read Trainspotting because the book is about all of the boys, not just Renton and Sick Boy becomes a pimp. And then ten years later the reunite in Porno which was a good sequel

I love Donnie Darko. Still haven't seen the director's cut though.

I don't know how I feel about the Director's Cut. I like the footage, but I don't like the addition of the book, as well as the fireworks, and spelling everything out

I liked 'em both, but Trainspotting moreso. The more I think about it, the more Donnie Darko doesn't make sense. Very stylish, though.

If you liked Trainspotting, go rent THE ACID HOUSE. It's another adaptation of Welsh's work. It is excellent.

And I would love to see an adaptation of PORNO.

I did too. I think it was one of her better roles.
