Hi!
The art studio is called: Visionaries and Voices.
For artists with various disabilities,
It is a phenomonal scene,
The people there are a joy to work with. The artists and the volunteers.
David Thornton may have some info on it at davidmackguide.com.
There may be a website and other info. I'll check on it.
And nice to have you on the upcoming DVD! :)

Hi,
I just received the following Visionaries and Voices press release:
V&V Open House during the Essex Studio Art Walk: December 2 and 3, 2005, 6 - 11 PM. Fun, music, art, and much more at our bimonthly open-house at Essex Studios, 2515 Essex Place, Studio 172. Call (513) 861-4333 for more information, or check out the web-site: www.visionariesandvoices.com (http://www.visionariesandvoices.com). Lots of new art-works, cards, and gift items. (Special Thanks to Frame USA.)
Family First Saturdays: Holiday Xtravaganza: December 3, 2005, 1 - 4 PM, at the Cincinnati Art Museum. Create art, explore galleries, see performances, and more, the first Saturday of the month. Antonio Adams's new sculpture, based on a Matisse painting in the Art Museum's collection, will be debuted, and he will be on hand at the museum to show museum visitors how he makes his pieces.
V&V Strategic Plan: December 7, 2005, 6 - 9 PM in the Essex Studios Multi-Purpose Room, 2515 Essex Place, Cincinnati, Ohio 45206. Since opening our doors in 2003, V&V has flourished and grown, assisting artists with disabilities in the Greater Cincinnati area to make, market, and sell their art - and also offering opportunities for creative collaboration and expression for the whole community. Come help us plan, dream, & focus for the future in a three-hour strategic planning session. Everyone who cares about V&V is invited - including artists, family-members, volunteers, supporters, and anyone else who feels that V&V is a necessity for Cincinnati.
Several V&V artists will have art-work in Art Beyond Boundaries, a Holiday Art Exhibition and Cocktail Reception Showcasing the Work of Artists with Disabilities, sponsored by VSA Cincinnati. Date: Thursday, December 8, 2005. Time: 6 to 9 P.M. Location: 35 East Seventh Street (downtown Cincinnati). To purchase tickets, call (513) 241-2600. The show will be ongoing through February 2006.
