I'm pretty sure it's real. The video says it was made by MIT. Those geekanerds are always cooking up crazy new stuff.

What canvas would be accessible to faciltate such a feat,especially in the home? It's pretty and all but is practical? ;) Well if i get one i'll keep it next to my transporter rooom.
