Over the past few months Marvel's been kicking out these great stories that have had a slight bit of interconnectedness, thanks to Bendis, Whedon, Millar, and a bunch of others, BUT the problem I've been having is how they all fit together chronologically. So this is the nearest I can figure it out...

Avengers Disassembled
Astonishing X-Men 1-12
Wolverine 20-31
Secret War
New Avengers 1-11
House of M
New Avengers 12- and on

I could be off. I dunno. Thats near as I can tell.

what difference does it make?

Trying to make stories that are supposed to exist in the same world try and make sense?

Revised it a little after re-reading Wolverine:Agent of Shield.

(Fury brings heroes together to wage Secret War)
Avengers Disassembled
Astonishing X-Men 1-6
Wolverine 20-31
Astonishing X-Men 7-12
Secret War
New Avengers 1-11
House of M

This sounds pretty much perfect to me, honestly... Although the current cap arc should probably be between the second astonishing arc and SW.
