Funny one time, old braves game, he was calling it, and on strike 2 he thought it was 3 and did his big exaggerated out call. Skip said "Eric must be in a hurry to get to the italian resteraunt tonight"

i think that the strike 2 call on Edmonds was a make up for the ump missing ball 3. if you tivo it, he is about to pump his fist but since ausmus fakes a throw, the ump hesitates and doesn't throw his fist up...

the pitcher even said "was that a ball?" and kept looking up at the electronic scoreboard
