View Full Version : 3-D Animated Spider-Man Still Being Produced?
I really liked that show. I was watching the first season on DVD the other night and wondered if it was re-upped for a second season. (I don't have cable)

I heard it was coming back on MTV after Spider-man 2 hit
I was just on the MTV website and didn't see it listed among their shows.

Far as I know it's cancelled. Check www.tvtome.com and they might have more news for you.

Enjoyed it for what it was, and am glad to own it on DVD - but, yeah.
I'd rather see something a little more in the vein of the comics, like the cartoons of the past.
I'm not talking about Unlimited though.
That stank.

Agreed. Although I liked how he moved in Unlimited. The art was very good for that. But it still stank.

Yeah, it was cool.
I liked some aspects about it.
Just not really interested in the story.

The show was decent, it just didn't really feel like Spider-Man at all. Most of the characters were either different or radically different from their comics and movies counterparts, and there was something to be said about the way the whole thing was written and executed.
Sure looked awesome, though...

Aside from the Spider-Man scenes, the animation wasn't very good. The characters were too stiff and couldn't interact (or act) very well.
