I didn't know you were a baker. are you normally handy in the kitchen? I used to be, but w/ Matt's diabetes, I don't make a lot of the stuff he used to eat.

It's not like this is a hard pie to bake. It kind of came in a box with instructions.

no.

its not so much the sugar, its the foods he can't eat because when they are diested, they break down into sugars into his body

stuff like fruit, pasta, bread, etc.

I used to cook for him all the time.

but now with his diet, I end up eating what he eats most of the time.

Each quarter of the pie is a separate fruit, and only at the boundaries do the fruits mix, and it's only two at a time.

there is a birthday shin-dig going on at my place of employment at the circus. We are all having Coconut Chicken Salad, followed by Fren Silk Pie.

i actually think i started comfortable, got ravenous with all the bagel / marble / caraway / reuben talk, topped off with the mention of your weird-assed circus food / french silk pie / m&ms thing, taki, and now, have rounded the cape back to satiated with the above post.
