I'm going through the first season right now and I need to see the first two episodes from the second season. I know someone who has the first one taped (at least I hope she hasn't taped over it already) but not the 2nd. I'm going to tape the third tonight. Can anyone help me out, like lend me a tape? I promise to give it back, plus throw in a free copy of NINJAS to boot.

Kind of a stretch, but I'm a desperate man. I just watched the pilot last night and now I'm hooked.

I plan to keep season 2 burned to DVD for exactly this reason. Fourthman is sending me a copy of last week's, so once I have that I should be back on track. I figure every fourth episode I'll burn another DVD. I'd be happy to share the wealth.

I'm doing the same thing, making a DVD of all the new episodes. They're in DivX though (which plays on my DVD player) so I can fit more stuff on it.

I've added the BBC Documentary on it, the ABC recap episode, and some other stuff.

I may toss the songs from the show on there as well.

I've been trying to track down the Flashbacks.. apparently some people have been putting them together in sequential order or something. I haven't been able to find it yet though.

I'd be in your debt, good sir (especially since you've already got a copy of NINJAS). :)

I've only watched 2 episodes of Season 1 so far, so I still have some time before I can even venture into Season 2. I'm too paranoid of being out of the loop if I try to just "jump in" right now.

Are there certain DVD players DivX doesn't work on?

See, one of the cool things about the show is how they've got a "slow burn" going on with the flashbacks (at least in the two episodes I've seen). I like how it's all out of order.

Definitely better to watch them in order.

Yup, most of them. Only a few play them. Saves a lot of time and space.

Each episode runs about 300mb or so, so I can fit about 12-15 episodes on a DVD.

And converting them to another format usually takes too long.

Yup, but I think it'd be interesting to see.. who knows if any other insights could be gained by seeing them back to back?

Of course, they did this with Memento and some other stuff.. :)

I was going to mention Memento. It's like watching a whole different movie watching it in order.
