The words in boldface make me think it's a RZA verse I never heard but I know it can't be that easy.

yeah for real, just listening to some tunes and that track got me hyped up, such a goodie album.

and yeah you guessed it, it's not Rza, but they are a part of the Wu-Tang's extended fam so they got simular styles ... wait, the beats might be Rza, not sure, would have to check the liner notes for that
