So a huge group of people went out to dinner Friday night. All the Ronin people, the whole SD crew, Raven Gregory, Rangerchic, just about everyone. At the show they told us they were going to to P.F. Chang’s which is at The Pike. We even talked about the Pike and where it was located. So the Chapoy’s decided to meet me in the lobby of my hotel so we could walk over together. We made things a little more complicated getting over there than it really should have been, and ending up climbing over a goddamned racetrack barricade to get over there, but all in all, not too much trouble. On the way over, JR called Pat Loika to see if they were there yet, and he said they were on the way, but they had decided to go to Johnny Rocket’s, right next to P.F. Chang’s instead.

So we get over there, and there is no Johnny Rocket’s. I call on my cell, and Johnny Rocket’s isn’t even anywhere near us, it’ like a mile away, and in the exact opposite direction from our hotels. Just to make sure, I went into PF. Chang's and checked. There is no P.F. Chang's further inland, there is only one P.F. Chang's in Long Beach! They ditched us! All of them; it was some sort of conspiracy or something. I’d like to know who engineered this one. :x

Oh well, we dinned at Gladstone’s, the most famed seafood restaurant in all of So Cal, while they choked down a poor-man’s In-N’-Out meal, the cheap bastards.

I didn't know what the hell was going for most of the night (as you may well know, I am directionally-challenged as far as LB is concerned). We ended up picking Johnny Rocket's because everyone else wanted to go there (plus its cheaper)! Sorry about the mix up....but we can all agree the REAL fun was at the Rock Bottom a couple hours later... :lol:

No, no no. I had NOT a clue that you guys were sort of left out of the info circle. Like Chris said, we changed our minds (well, everyone else did, and I then agreed) right at the end of the show. Then, we all went back to the hotel. My friend checked online for directions to the place and then I gave them to John and Pat. Not once did I know that you guys weren't called or whatnot.

Yeah well, had it been reversed, and we were the ones at Johnny Rocket's with everone else at Gladstone's, we no doubt would have walked over. We managed to have a good time, evne without you guys.
