Who are these people? I just got spammed on my blog by a guy who has a wedding photography site... yeah, thats a great way to give your business that "professional touch"....
Has anyone actully patronized a business that they learned about via Spam? Its gotta be almost impossible.... who would buy something from these people?

The problem is that it usually only takes a few responses for the spamming to pay off, and there are always a few suckers around. Always.

Yeah I get them all the time on my blog. Blogger starting doing the code thing to try and stop it but it started up again after a few days. I hate all the pop-ups I get when I go to my own blog.

it's a scale thing, like email spam. it costs nothing for them to spam millions and millions of people. even if just 1 percent or less clicks it's worth their time. and even if they don't they haven't lost anything.
personally, i think spamming and phishing should be capitol offenses punishable by death. kidding, kinda.
