I thought this was going to be about bad guys, which would've been a much easier thread to answer. I like the bad guys!

I suppose a bad guy fits the bill, and there are two that spring to mind.

Crossbones and Bullseye.
Two awesome villains, who are pretty cool and sometimes more likable than other occasions, but damn... they're both really fucking good at what they do, and that's usually something no good. So, I go with them.
