Hey Mike,
I've really been enjoying your work on Captain America and look forward to seeing what you can do with Daredevil. I see that you're going to be at the Dallas Comic Con in OCT. Will you be doing sketches and if yes how much do you generally charge? I look forward to meeting you.

Thanks for the kind words! Yeah, I'll be there. I live in Dallas, so you can always find me at Dallas cons. I do sketches at shows for $30 for a 9x12 and $50 for an 11x14. I try to do about 15-20 a day, and I start a new sign up sheet each day. Lately my lists have been getting filled up quickly, so try to catch me early. There's a possiblity I'll be sitting at my art dealer's booth - so look for me either under my own name, or under Splash Page Art.

How dare you do something so crass as sketches, when you could be out there reinventing comics with your smell/texture enhanced comics. :)

I just confirmed that I will indeed be at the Splash Page Art booth in October.
And yes, I'll be at WWTX, but ONLY becuase my art dealer is going to have me there at his booth. I will not be in the program, listed as a guest, etc. I fucking hate Wizard with a passion and I don't want to have anything to do with them - I'm doing this as a favor to my dealer.
By the way, if you have the opportunity to go to Dallas for a show, I highly recommend the local shows over WWTX. Not only cause I hate Wizard, but WWTX was one of the most lame cons I've ever attended. The local shows bring in as many quality guests, and they are a hell of a lot more fun. And they're not Wizard. :)

If you get Hitch to attend one of the local shows, I'll go to that instead ;)
