If I don't do something that REQUIRES me to be logged in then it will log me out. This is the only board that does that (I'm on quite a few different forums relating to various nerdery that I participate in). I use IE 6.0 with cookies enabled and the remember me check checked. All it takes is about 5 minutes of not posting a thread/reply.

Q: Why can't I stay logged in?
A: Depends on the error. If you get a "does not have permission or is not logged in" error AFTER your login appears to proceed as normal, you have a cookie problem on your end. You need to clear all cookies, as well as your Net cache, close and reopen your browser and try logging on again. In addition, check your browser's cookie settings, which must allow them. If you have a firewall installed, it must be allowed to accept cookies from 606studios.com.

If you are using AOL:

That should clear your cache.

If you are using Internet Explorer:
1. Up top in the pull-down menus (File, Edit, Tools etc.),
2. click Tools, then

4. This brings up a dialog with 6 tabs across the top (General, Security,
Content, .......)

6. Click 'Delete Files', then (if it appears, check off 'Delete all offline
content';, then click 'OK'.

Disk Cache'
6. First, click 'Clear Memory Cache' when the "?" dialog appears click 'OK'
