Texans fired their offensive coordinator Chris Palmer today according to ESPN news on tv.

We Panther fans liked Dom Capers a lot for building a good defensive team to bolster a young, inconsistent QB and a often-injured running back. But I don't see him lasting in Houston as the coach. Some college guy will make the leap and take that job.

Tice should have never gotten a contract last year. He's a pathetically bad coach.

I'm a Lions fan, so I really don't have axe to grind. I hope the Vikings keep him forever, though. I can deal with their torture : )

Capers was liked when Bill Polian was still here, when Jerry Richardson gave him the keys to the car, Capers promptly drove it off a bridge.
