Adi has a stunning page in the gallery at Inkwell Relief:

Check it out. And check out the rest of the auction site. There's some amazing stuff there. Heck, bid on somethin' too.

Damn it! Already outbid. :(

One of these days, Adi, I'm going to get some of your art for $200!

Adi-
You need to do a black and white story. Your coloring work is truly outstanding, but your originals are so dynamic.

Nobody would buy it... Well, I don't know, it's not something I've ever considered. But I do put much more thought and work into the grayscale than I do in the color.

It's my first real piece of original art! Of any kind, comic or otherwise. I think I may put it in the hallway so everyone who enters my house has to see it.

Hey good job. It's one of my favorite pieces I've ever done, more so than any of the covers actually, even though the covers sell for 7-8 times more (but I guess they are considered more collectable). If you want I can send you a good size file of the finished page if you want to print it out or something...

Overall, I think the auction was a bit overwhelming, so many things on sale all at once that I had no idea what to bid on. Not that I could afford the almost $7k Jim Lee's piece went for. Damn.

Anyhow, I really hope you get some enjoyment out of the artwork. I promise it looks much better in person than on the net :)

If you want to send me it, sure! The email in my profile is fine. Thanks!

I got my page! So pretty. I love the way the pencilwork tends to reflect the light. I have to get it framed now this weekend.
