"Forbidden" Message

I've been encountering this screen the past few days.I can usually refresh and get rid of it.But sometimes I can only get back by using my Favorites bookmark:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /bendisboard/memberlist.php on this server.




Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/1.3.33 Server at www.606studios.com (http://www.606studios.com/) Port 80
