It's a local anime con that they put on for the first time this year... some friends of ours set it all up and Tonia was in charge of volunteers... so I went hang out with her on Sunday... It was kinda neat, but since I was clueless about anime, I was out of my element.

I DID, how ever, try pocky and these little jello thingies and some type of watermellon soda... all of which I love, so I'll be going back again next year...

I helped out with the charity auction a bit as well.. they had a clerks poster signed by Kevin Smith and I promised to get Mewes to sign it as well the next time I saw him, and it went for $115... and I kept working the crowd into guilting people into out bidding each other, which was loads of fun.. One of the voice actors took to me.. Tiffany something or another with a G... she seemed to like the shirt a lot...

Real shame is that now I'm thinking that I might need to check out Full Metal Alchemest.... someone stop me!

Ah. I've heard of Mechacon. To far out of my way to ever go...but I have heard of it.

And as far as Full Metal Alchemest goes...good anime...real bummer of an ending.
