It's not about race, it's about quantity. The white folks have a few groceries, the black guy has an armful and a big-ass sackful of groceries. A loaf of bread makes you a shoplifter. A big-ass sack makes you a looter.

Or what the other person didn't do. Racism can often become more apparent when one's acts are compared with someone else's. So your suggestion is not completely baseless. Not that I necessarily disagree with you here.
