Damn annoying Problem

So when i put my mouse pointer over a thread title it flickers on and off incessantly the preview text i mean it's damn annoying any pointers to fix this?

It flickers? It doesn't just come up and stay there until you move the mouse?

Unfortunately the cause is most likely somewhere on your end. It's impossible to know exactly what it is but some possibilites are: browsers, browser settings, Internet and security settings, ISP and/or cache issues, firewalls, ad-blockers, and any other application that affects Internet content.

Ah well thanks for your help anyway guys. i'll try fooling around with things on my end and see if that helps fix this problem.
