The standard greeting (for men to use) is "suwadee krap" (the p is 'swallowed' it sounds like krah). As you greet, place both hands together like in a prayer gesture and slightly bow. The higher your hands are placed, the more respect you give. A good place to place your hands is in front of you chest. ;)
