I had heard this before and then today in class one of the Prof.'s brought it up again and it made me think of some of the folks who are so greatly annoyed by poor spelling.
It has been around now for awhile and prolly already posted about it here in the past, but if so I missed it so here it is.
Panda walks into a restaruant orders something to eat. As soon as he is finished with his meal he pays and then pulled out a gun, shooting a few rounds up in the air and then starts to walk out when the waiter angirly asks him "Why in the hell he did that?!"
Tha Panda replied, " I am a Panda, look it up" And then he walked out.
The waiter who happened to have a dictionary on him quickly looked up Panda in the dictionary and it said.
pan-da: 1.A bearlike black and white mammal of the mountains of China and Tibet. Eats, shoots and leaves.
I never saw the typo in the definition, of course my spelling is foul. However once pointed out to me I found it funny and I am sure several of you will spot it. ;-)
