i was sitting outside a building, agaist the wall, with some co-workers down a backstreet in philly, amoung burnt out warehouses
and Charles Burns (Black Hole) walks by
and i say to a friend "Hey, that looks like Charles Burns, creator of Black Hole" (we were all rather stoned and this was followed by all of us laughing like lunatics)
the guy spun around at looked at me, and i yelled "HOLY SHIT, it is Charles Burns, creator of Black Hole!"
he comes over, i tell him i'm a big fan, we shake hands, walk for a couple of minutes about his new hardcover, his lecture toars, and MOME

it was GREAT!

I said that same thing when I met Alex Robinson. (well, I didn't say Charles Burns or Black hole.... and it wasn't anywhere cool like on the street).

But I did say "Holy shit Alex Robinson!".
