after reading the news about you working on the upcoming Spider-Woman with Bendis, I was a little...hesitant and uncertain about totally embracing the news.
I wasn't too familiar with your work, personally, And of course,I had heard the deafening praise your work constantly garners (but I had heard stuff from people who weren't crazy about your style on DD and such, and I had seen one or two pics online, and I wasn't too keen on it, regarding that style for Jessica Drew.)
Don't get me wrong...I liked the art itself and I appreciated the skill and the awesome technique...but deep down I still wasn't all "YEAH!!! I really felt like..."Not for Jessica...nope""
However, I just got my hands on the DAREDEVIL:HARDCORE TPB and I was absolutely blown away.
After seeing specifically the final confrontation between Typhoid Mary and DD (with assist from Jessica Jones and Luke Cage), the DD/Bullseye tussle, and DD's battle with Kingpin...I am sooooo looking forward to Spider-Woman!!!!
(If Jessica has any fight scenes even half as kinetic and well "coreographed" as those, I will be a happy camper!!!!
Thanks for co-creating such a great read...I am now looking out for back issues of your other work on other titles.
Any others you are particularly fond of, that I should check out?
Thanks!!!

My entire DD run is a favorite, cause I got to work with BMB closer and it's been a lot of fun. I have one issue I like a lot and it's 75.

Thanks for taking the time to reply to my stupid thread...

Tom, you're probably the most hardcore Spider-Woman fan I've ever seen. I see you on ever board. I know you'll like Maleev's Spider-Woman. It's a fact everything he touches turns to gold

LOL! Then you haven't met Marvelboi77.
That guy puts his money where his fandom is...he has an impressive collection of original art from the Spider-Woman book from the seventies.
It's massive...so many covers and pages...he is a true hardcore fan.
(I am too, I guess, but I can't afford the art...way beyond my means...)

Amen!!!
I am sooo anticipating the book!
Thanks to you also, for replying!

That's not true. The only thing I can tell you I know for sure, is that I know how to draw. Maybe not as good as Lark, but I still know. Simply put, trust me.

Is issue 75 part of the "Decalogue" arc? because that sucks. I live in the UK and I'm unable to easily and readily get single issues, so I always buy the trades.
By the by, do you know the eta on the release of that trade?

Have you been to Chaos City in St Albans? They get all the imports and usually on the following Friday. They offer mail order, too. 01727 838719. ;)
