Thanks we have a Mixed Martial Arts Thread on the Bendis forum.

And a couple of weeks back here in Hawaii, there was a K-1 grand Prix, which I attended.

I don't like him, he's a brawler. That Brazilian dude rocked his temple pretty good. Now that was impressive.

You got to admit though that moving from Pride to K-1 was the best career move Goodridge ever made.
