A bit better, thanks. These changes are not comning from the government, they are the results of private lawsuits. Food allergies being blamed on the chief, robberies being blamed on employers, etc.

I won't get into whether or not these lawsuits are frivolous, as I was Out-outsourced on that issue once already on this board. But if this stuff comes a long it will be because we, as a society, asked for it. Lousy.

Precisely. Lawsuits from the blameless society that we've become; finger-pointing, "sue the bastards" mentality are decaying government - and voters are letting this happen by electing dumbasses for office that don't do a damn thing about it. Like the NOFX song "The Decline" - we're becoming a victim of our own designs.
