For what it's worth, the villains are Killer Croc, the Mad Hatter and the Joker.

Although the Joker is often in "disguise."

I've enjoyed the one issue I've read so far and for the price it's awesome until I realized the book is being released weekly so I would be spending 4 to 5 dollars a month anyway. Damn you dc you sucked before I realized what was happening.
