The Smiths, and probably the Stone Roses.

Michael Jackson, for obvious reasons. Not being facetious - would love to have seen him, and was all set to FINALLY go to those last London gigs...

If we count dead then I call Warren Zevon to my list as well. {sniffle}

The Smiths and Zevon are two that I'll always be sad about missing.
Talking Heads are big one I'm pretty sure will never happen either.

Never saw Talking heads, but I did see manage to see David Byrne before I moved to LA.
... Also, I regret not going to Lollapolooza in '94. Missed out on the Beasties.

For me it's GIRLS. Been a big fan of Chris Owens and company for a while, and yet they never ever make it to my city on tour :(

Byrne without Tina Weymouth playing bass= No deal!
The Beasties just hit my list. Uncontrollably sad about that one.

Lynyrd Skynyrd (original line-up) and Led Zeppelin.

Rage Against the Machine. I was gonna see them around 2000 at the Tibetian Freedom Concert. But Mike D of the Beastie Boys broke his leg and the tour was canceled. The broke up shortly after that. I guess since they've gotten back together they haven't been the same.

The Mountain Goats. One of my all-time favs, and I always happen to be out of town with John Darnelle is in town (even when we lived in the same town, I'd be gone when he did shows). Cursed to never see, indeed.

Beastie Boys- Had the chance to go during the Intergalactic tour. They were performing in Montreal but it fell on the date for my family reunion and duty to family took precedence. Now I'll never be able to see them :surrend:
And seeing as I am a huge fan of theirs and they are in the "never be able to see them" category....the Beatles. For obvious reasons. McCartney, U2, and Coldplay remain on my "haven'ts seen them live but want to before I die" list.

Beastie Boys. I don't know why I assumed those three were immortal.

Hmmm.... I am going to say David Bowie. When he did his final tour, I was so busy with school and kids there was just no way. And wow I about had a fit. I knew I was missing something so special.
