I don't have access on my desktop either. Android works just fine. Have tried FF and Chrome.

I can click on the link and get into the thread if I am not logged on. Once I do, I am back where I started.

The same situation happens with IE. I thought it might have something to do with browser customizations, and since I sync my browsers there could be a problem there. I don't use IE for anything.

the problem seems to be an issue at your local level... especially since you have had access using other access points (android). My further thoughts are that you (or even your ISP or even the router/wireless accesspoint) could have a firewall or ip blocker set up that are filtering out the site. Can you get to the message board at all?
Some first steps:
try deleting cookies and clearing cache.

Here are some questions to answer:
What operating system do you use (windows, osx, ubuntu, linux, etc...)
You said it is happening across browsers and computers, Have you been banned? (no you have not)
what ISP do you use?
Does it happen if you have your notebook accessing the internet from a different location? (i.e. if you log in at starbucks does it still happen)

can you run a trace route from your computer? (go to http://network-tools.com/default.asp?prog=trace&host=67.166.83.75 select "trace" press "go!". Copy and paste the results here.)

This is happening on Windows 7 Pro, Windows 7 Home Premium, and Windows XP Pro

You said it is happening across browsers and computers, Have you been banned? (no you have not)
what ISP do you use?

Both work and home network use Time Warner.

Does it happen if you have your notebook accessing the internet from a different location? (i.e. if you log in at starbucks does it still happen)

yes. This is happening on 3 individual PCs, on 3 networks I have tried.

I have logged in and out multiple times. I have run Ccleaner as well. Turning off my firewall does nothing.

Last night I was having problems with the board in general, but those seem to have cleared themselves up. It is that thread in particular.

This is the best advice I've gotten so far:
try to temporarily delete the Spoiler BB Code in your signature. it is being called multiple times and might be the reason for the time out... Let me know if that helps

No luck. I have since created a new thread. Thanks for your help though.
