Here's a 1983 parody of Frank Miller's Daredevil by Alan Moore and Mike Collins that was in the back pages of The Daredevils #8. Miller's run is probably my favorite thing Marvel has ever done, but damn if they didn't nail it.

Although you're joking, I like to think everyone had a much better sense of humor back then. After all, didn't Moore write the intro to the HC of Dark Knight Returns? It's only since Miller wrote that "Anarchy" piece and Moore was prompted to comment on it that their current differences have been made plain.
