I'm thinking of getting the Jason Aaron Ghost Rider Omnibus, is his run any good?

Yes, as a non fan of the character and his universe I absolutely loved the entire thing.
The art can be hit or miss though.

Yeah. It's great for both fans and non-fans.

It's my favorite thing he's done at Marvel. Can't really read Ghost Rider without him, none of the other runs seem even half as crazy.
He had some odd things he had to pay off from Daniel Way's run but he infused the character with some sheer badassery despite all that.

I got to do the entries for that entire run of the series for the Ghost Rider edition of the Official Marvel Index. Lot of fun reading those 23 issues. :)

Did you Robert Rodriguez, non-Spy Kids movies? Especially like a Machete and From Dusk Til Dawn? Then yes, read it.

It's fantastic. The Tony Moore issues (the Highwayman fight in particular) are exceptionally good comics.

It makes the character a viable, readable character. It starts very b-horror movie and becomes a huge story with a ton of biblical things tied in... its a really well done and enjoyable read. My only problem is I really cant stand Huets art, but the story kept me reading through it.

I enjoyed it, except for the art. I wish Tony Moore had drawn more issues.

I loved how Aaron rebuilt the Ghost Rider mythology from the ground up. And there's just something about all those ...Ghost Riders over the course of history... ...had kind of a GLC vibe to it.

I really enjoyed Aaron's run on Ghost Rider with the only downside being some of the art. I've been on and off with Ghost Rider in its various iterations and would definitely recommend this to anyone with an interest in the character. It is a fresh take on the character and has many interesting areas it delves into. The Ghost Rider mythos are expanded and the mythology of the character is richer for it.

Magic Eightball says....HELL YEAH!

I remember it being one of Fake Pat's favorite comics.

Get it! It's still one of the best runs Jason Aaron has ever had on a comic.

Yeah, it was fun stuff. Cushioned the blow of Immortal Iron Fist ending.
